At 1:12 a.m. the ARC Mate 100iD’s vision seam find confidently locked onto a coffee ring on the fixture and arc-tracked it with 0.045" ER70S-6 like it was gospel — beautiful bead, zero joint. Anyone else have automation so efficient it optimizes the wrong thing, and what’s your best false positive fix besides banning mugs or slapping a polarizing filter on the lens?
