I’ve had similar results with laser beam welding, but I think it can get tricky with thicker materials — , that drives me nuts sometimes. Have you looked into friction stir welding for added efficiency? I’ve found it helps with both speed and strength when dealing with aluminum.
And laser beam welding is great for speed, but I’ve found GTAW has its place too, especially for thinner materials where precision is key. It may take longer, but the control is unbeatable. Have you tried combining techniques to optimize for both speed and quality?
